QCS1064 – QUIKCONTROL® CHOPPED STRAND MAT

FEATURES:

APPLICATION:

• Clean the existing corroded area
• Mix and stir CorSmart® Resin & Activator for at least 1 min until it is mixed well
• Apply two coats of Activated Resin evenly over the repair area
• Measure & cut the required length of QuikControl® Chopped Strand Mat according to the dimensions of the repair area
• Lay the QuikControl® Chopped Strand Mat over the activated resin coating
• Smoothed it out by applying another coat of Activated Resin on the Chopped Strand Mat
• Repeat the process to apply several layers of QuikControl® Chopped Strand Mat (as per ASME calculations) to achieve the maximum Strength
