Two- component anti-osmotic solvent-free epoxy primer that offers a permanent solution to floors with rising moisture
Fields of Application
Suitable for surfaces to be coated with epoxy paint systems (Epoxol® Floor, Neopox® Special). It is resistant to abrasion and chemicals (alkalis, dilute acids, water and several solvents). It can be applied to surfaces with high humidity, without stagnant water. It presents a very strong adhesion, even on wet from the rising damp concrete. It is also used to new concrete floors (aged less than 28 days), that are about to be covered by epoxy coatings.
Properties and Advantages
- Offers permanent solution to floors with rising moisture. It exhibits high hardness containing 100% solids in its mass, increased abrasion and chemical resistance (alkalis, diluted acids, water, many solvents).
- Acquires very strong adhesion even to wet cement, due to rising moisture. Thanks to its increased density, Neopox® Primer AY has the unique ability to dislocate water away from the abstrate porous and to anchorage with an excellent way.
